Using the website.

You may use this website to learn about our work and contact us. Please provide accurate information and only submit information you are entitled to share. You must not use the website to send unlawful material, interfere with its operation or attempt to access systems without permission.

Website descriptions and examples provide general information about our services. An enquiry does not create a paid engagement. Scope, fees, delivery arrangements and rights in project work are agreed separately in writing.

Fascia Outreach.

Fascia Outreach is an internal tool for authorised Fascia users. It helps manage business contacts and correspondence, including approved outgoing messages and replies from connected mailboxes. It is not a public email service and receiving outreach does not create an account or a paid service agreement.

Authorised users must connect only accounts they are entitled to use, protect their sign-in credentials, and use the tool in accordance with applicable law and the connected service provider’s terms. They are responsible for reviewing recipients and message content before approving a send. AI-assisted drafts require that same review.

Fascia may restrict access where necessary to protect account security, prevent misuse or comply with law. Account holders can revoke Google access through their Google Account connections.

Privacy and correspondence.

Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use information, including Google account data. It also explains how to request access, correction or deletion.

If you do not want further business outreach, reply to the message or email matthew@fasciasystems.com.au. We will record the request so that it can be respected.

Content and other services.

Fascia or its licensors own the website content unless stated otherwise. You may view it, link to it and keep copies for your own reference. Other uses require permission unless the law allows them. Rights in software and other work delivered to clients are governed by the relevant written agreement.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Those websites and connected services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and your rights.

We aim to keep the website and authorised tools working, but maintenance, technical faults and changes to connected services can interrupt access. Website information may be updated, so confirm the details that matter to a proposed engagement with us.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. These website terms do not replace or change an existing client agreement.
