One example is a production system for a business that makes its own products. It keeps every recipe versioned and splits a shared base batch into its variants at filling. It works out what each order and planned batch needs without counting anything twice, and its costing flags any ingredient that doesn’t have a price yet.

I use AI for the reading and the first draft, like pulling the lines off a customer’s PDF order or writing a reply from the order history. Ordinary code then checks the work, so a scanned invoice that’s a cent out from its printed total gets sent back, and a product code it can’t match gets held for someone to sort out. Nothing goes to a customer or into your books until someone on your team has approved it.
