An agent can draft a quote from the customer’s request and your product pricing, or prepare a proposal using your agreed templates. The agent asks for missing details and can create the quote in your existing software where the integration supports it.

Schedule a daily brief of outstanding quotes or delayed orders. Agents can check for changes and follow up agreed tasks without waiting for someone to ask.

A customer-facing agent can answer product questions, collect quote requirements or check an order after verifying the customer. I connect the website chat and arrange how enquiries pass to your staff.

Use the chat you already have
Your team can use Teams, Slack, Discord or Telegram. If you don’t have a chat service, I can set up Discord or Telegram for your team. Staff can ask questions across the connected systems without opening each one.
Connect your software and files
I connect your ERP, accounting or quoting software and business files in Google Drive or SharePoint. Where a direct connection isn’t suitable, I can build a sync to a separate database the agent works with. We check what each system supports during the audit.
You decide what it can do.
Set access and approvals
We agree which information each agent can reach and which actions it can take. It can prepare work for approval or carry out permitted tasks on its own. Customers only get access to the information and actions agreed for the website agent.
Choose where it runs
I usually set agents up on cloud services in your name and manage them through collaborator access. If you prefer local hosting, I supply a machine for use during the retainer at no additional hardware charge. You can buy it when you leave; AI usage and software costs remain separate.
Start with a prototype.
The prototype includes one agent connected to at least one data source, doing an agreed job. The audit comes first, followed by the two-week build. If you continue, we connect further systems and build more agents in priority order through your development retainer.
